I live in the rural woodlands of east Texas as a wife to my amazing husband and a mom to three little ‘native texans’ under the age of 6. I grew up in central Pennsylvania and went to college in Oklahoma as a studio art major. I love music, good books, writing poetry, nature hikes, children’s literature, and dark chocolate. And of course, I can’t help but try my hand at expressing the beauty and wonder of life through art.

I smile a lot. I love to learn about plants and animals. I wish I could cook authentic Indian food. I will rarely turn down a chance to hike, bike, ski, visit the beach, or go to the zoo. I love to travel the world on missionary adventures with teenagers, seeing their lives forever changed. I laugh a lot.
